I have moved many times through transfers and such and have never had a sale go so smoothly.

Getting close to an empty nest my wife and I decided to try to find a new home in a relatively rural area hoping to upsize the yard and downsize the house. After looking quite a bit on our own we decided to work with Tommy after meeting him during our search. Tommy helped us with information and what we feel was good advice that resulted in the purchase of our new home. Tommy is professional and we communicated well. After our purchase experience we we interviewed agents that have worked in our neighborhood but decided to break from the herd and have Tommy list our property. Tommy utilized technology again very well to assist us and communicated well during the ups and downs of trying to sell our home. We were very pleased with the results again during our home sell.

I followed his suggestion of getting an appraisal and an inspection. I was pleasantly surprised at the appraisal value. He then suggested qualified contractors to make the repairs found on the inspection. Offers began to come in and Tommy negotiated a contract above appraised value!
